THE 200 BRAVE
Choose Courage Over Silence
This Women's Month, help us place hope into the hands of at least 200 women through Quiet Battles, and invite them into a journey of healing, courage and community.
Become One. Gift One. Sponsor Many.

Why This Matters
For too long, women have carried quiet battles in silence.
Behind the smiles. Behind the achievements. Behind "I'm fine."
This Women's Month, we're inviting 200 women to choose courage over silence.
The Invitation
Four Ways to Join The 200 Brave

Why I STARTED THE 200 BRAVE
Because no woman should have to fight her quiet battles alone.
I spent years believing that strength meant pretending. Pretending I was fine. Pretending it didn't hurt. It took a season I never chose, depression, grief, illness, a diagnosis that stripped everything down to what mattered, to teach me that meekness is not weakness.
The 200 Brave exists because I know I am not the only woman who has smiled through a meeting while her heart was breaking. This is my invitation to you: acknowledge your battle, reach out for help, and move towards hope. You were never meant to carry it alone.

What Women Have Said....
Wow, wow, every page read resonated with me. The feelings, the fear, the insecurity the lack of confidence, the hiding your voice and hiding sometimes feelings and pretending all is well.
This book is a reminder that āItās ok to Not be okayā to be real to be genuine to be yourself. And knowing that through it ALL, God is with me and has never left my side.
But knowing i am not forsaken even in my silent/Quiet/Hidden battlesšš Thank You Phoebe for this life changing inspirational book, may God bless you and touch lives for the better
- Ranay
This book has made me identify many moments in my life where beliefs were formed both knowingly and unknowingly. It has changed my perspective of all the battles Iām facing. It made me feel seen, heard and understood something that books Iāve read have rarely done before. It gave me a hope and confidence that there is always hope, that Iām not alone.
And that for me honestly is so refreshing.
I literally finished this book in tears because of how powerful and emotionally powerful this book is from the first to the last page.
Phoebe thank you so much.

I am one of those women who strives for perfection everything must be in order. I am a people-pleaser. I know what it feels like to be awake at 2 a.m., desperately begging for sleep.
Quiet Battles reminded me that I am only human and that I am not alone. It reminded me that God is present in the midst of every battle I face. I do not have to carry the weight on my own; I simply need to call on Him and allow Him to carry me.
Once again, thank you, Phoebe, for courageously sharing your diary with the world. I thank the Lord for using you as a vessel to reach and touch so many Rare Gems who may be fighting their own quiet battles.
To every reader: Quiet Battles is a MUST-READ. - Ntombi
I couldnāt put ur book down. You were describing me in your book. The good girl that always has everyoneās back. Your book really gave me the courage to say depression isnāt the end of my story. Your book gave me the courage to finally say l am not ok.
May God bless you for giving women the language to name the silent battles. You really donāt know that u actually saved my life.
